Yes, all our products come with 6-months manufacturer warranty. 3. Shipping & Delivery
Q1. Where is the SWVAPE warehouse located?
SWVAPE operates a warehouse in Dubai, UAE, providing convenient regional stock and fulfillment support for customers across the GCC. Our Dubai warehouse helps us respond quickly to local wholesale demand and streamline regional delivery.

SWVAPE accepts bank transfer and major online payment methods. We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method for customers in Dubai UAE.
Q2. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed after payment confirmation, usually within 48 hours. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order quantity and whether the order contains customized products.
Q3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations is possible before processing or shipment. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to modify an order. Once an order has been dispatched or customized production has started, changes or cancellations are restricted.

Q1. Does SWVAPE offer OEM and ODM services?
YES, SWVAPE can assist eligible business customers with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) inquiries through its manufacturing partners.
Q2. Can I create my own vape brand?
Yes, private-label and brand customization services are available for eligible OEM orders. All proposed designs and specifications are subject to technical feasibility and applicable regulations.
Q3. Can I customize product packaging?
Custom packaging is available for qualifying OEM orders. Packaging options depend on the selected product, manufacturing requirements, minimum order quantities and destination-market regulations.
Q4. Can I customize product flavors and nicotine strengths?
Yes, please note flavor and nicotine strength customization options depend on the product, manufacturing partner, technical feasibility and applicable regulatory requirements.
Q5. What is the minimum order quantity for OEM/ODM orders?
Our minimum order quantities (MOQ) is 10,000 pcs for most products. Special OEM/ODM depend on the product, customization requirements, packaging specifications and manufacturing arrangement.
Q6. How long does OEM/ODM production take?
Production lead time is 2-3 weeks in most cases, depending on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, material availability and approval process. Orders requiring new designs, prototypes or customized packaging may require additional development and approval time.
Q7. Can I request a prototype or sample before mass production?
Yes, prototype development or pre-production samples are available for qualifying OEM/ODM projects. Any sample approval requirements should be agreed upon before mass production begins.
